We are delighted to announce that on 16 September 2020 at 11:00 AM CEST, COPKIT will be having its fourth public webinar “Extracting information from darknet market advertisements”.
The COPKIT project brings together law enforcement, industry and academia to create an intelligence and knowledge ecosystem for law enforcement agencies, in order to support prevention, investigation and mitigation in the context of the fight against organised crime and terrorist organisations.
Over the past decade, the darknet has created unprecedented opportunities for trafficking in illicit goods, such as weapons and drugs, and it has provided new ways to offer crime as a service. In this webinar we present different Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to extract structured information, such as named entities, the relations between them, and events, from unstructured dark-net market advertisement texts.
This is the fourth of a series of webinars organised by COPKIT for Law Enforcement Agencies and other relevant project stakeholders. It is free and open to everyone.
Anyone wishing to attend should register here.
